Microscopes. Morphometric Analysis Biological Products

Microscopes that are included with hardware-software complex for morphometric image analysis of biological products shall meet the following basic requirements:

  • adjustment of illumination using the method of Kohler;
  • realized methods of contrast: light background (transmitted light), other methods of contrast depending on user’s tasks: dark background, phase contrast, polarization, DIK (transmitted light), fluorescence (reflective light);
  • trinocular tube with C-mount adapter for installation of digital camera.
