FISH"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Microscopes that are included with hardware and software systems for FISH analysis should meet the following basic requirements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>realized methods of contrast: light background (transmitted light), fluorescence (reflective light);<\/li>\n<li>three lenses with ration 10\u00d7, 40\u00d7 and 100\u00d7 (Oil) with the class not worse than plan-achromat N;<\/li>\n<li>trinocular tube with division of light beam 100%\/0% and C-mount adapter with ration of 1x for installation of a digital camera;<\/li>\n<li>unit for realization of fluorescence method: fluorescent module;
